Food

Delicious country style cooking, grilled meats on the open fire, traditional South Western France duck conserves.

Traditional dishes (cassoulets, stews...) and of course the famous Garbure (hearty Gascon soup)

Together with spit-roasted meats (lamb, pork, stuffed turkey, leg of lamb), the local farm cheeses from the plateau of Lhers

and to complete the menu, a delicious choice of homemade desserts.
