STAY IN "AUBERGE"

The Auberge Cavalière, standing at an altitude of
450 m, is an ancient Bearn style farmhouse-inn that greets
you with a warm, cosy welcome, wooden beams and its open fireplace...

Food
Delicious country style cooking, grilled meats on the open
fire, traditional South Western France duck conserves.
Traditional dishes (cassoulets, stews...) and of course the
famous Garbure (hearty Gascon soup)
Together with spit-roasted meats (lamb, pork, stuffed turkey,
leg of lamb), the local farm cheeses from the plateau of Lhers
and to complete the menu, a delicious choice of homemade
desserts.

During your stay, you'll enjoy the peace and quiet, the unspoit
surroundings (home to a multitude of small birds) and of course
the sunshine. You'll have time to sit back and relax on the
